Great spirit, who has assisted me through so much, teach me your ways, to let go and allow the natural life energy that flows with me, around me and through me, to flow gently and freely.
May I forget the need to always control.
May I remember the need trust.
May I experience faith at all its heighten possibilities.
Great Spirit, allow my thoughts to rest, and my heart to find peace, and a light to surround me, through me, in me, all around me.
And let the life energy flow.
And know, that everything is as it should be.
All is in divine order.
